Figuring out what to post and what not to post is the biggest challenge using Facebook for business. Most of these you probably know already, but it never hurts to review again and apply to your regular practices! I can't tell you how many business FB pages that I see that are guilty of "Going Dormant" and "Ignoring" their page. I often see people making posts that are begging for Customer Service. Then, everyone else sees how the brand is ignoring them. Bad.
